You were given a simple job: capture a magical creature and bring it back to the arcane guild that employs you. When the trail turns toward the border of a hostile nation, things get complicated.

Your party will be a field team for the Illustrious Federation of Arcane Artisans. You’re the ones who get sent all over to clear bandits off trade routes, negotiate contracts, and seek out new sources of magic materials. The creature you’re currently hunting and a group backstory for the party will be created during session zero.

This adventure is for level 5 characters and uses the 2014 ruleset. All official D&D 5e sourcebooks are permitted.

Hi there! I’ve been running ttrpgs for over 15 years now, including afterschool programs and professional team building events. Most of my experience is with D&D 3.5 and 5e. I prefer to run homebrew adventures in my own setting, and I focus a little more on roleplaying than tactical combat. Experienced players and newcomers to the hobby are equally welcome 🙂
