Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Tower Forged, LLC, doing business as Rogue Game Masters (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia limited liability company located at 5405 Indian River Rd Suite D, Virginia Beach, VA 23464-2434.
These Terms govern your access to and use of https://www.roguegamemasters.com and any related products or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last Updated” date when we do, and your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
-
Eligibility
Game Masters must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. Minors may not sign themselves up for the Services; a minor may only be registered for a game or session by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the minor’s participation and for agreeing to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
-
Description of Services
Rogue Game Masters provides tabletop role-playing game (“TTRPG”) session hosting and game-mastering services. Features, availability, and pricing may change over time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
The Services are hosted in the United States and are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulatory frameworks (for example, healthcare or financial-services regulations). If your use of the Services would be subject to such requirements, please do not use the Services.
-
Accounts
You may need to register an account to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.
-
Purchases, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
Pricing and Payment. We accept payment via the methods listed on the Services. All charges are in U.S. dollars and are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these Terms. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the sessions or services you book, including recurring charges if you enroll in an ongoing campaign, until you cancel. Prices may change; we will not retroactively change the price of a session you’ve already paid for.
Cancellations and No-Shows. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up, you will be charged for that session in full. Two consecutive no-shows may result in removal from the game/campaign.
All Sales Are Final. Except as described in the cancellation policy above, payments for completed or timely-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.
One-Shot Events. We do not offer refunds for one-shot events, and bookings for one-shot events may not be transferred to another person or rescheduled to another date.
-
Parental Responsibility Notice
Parents and guardians must be present at the end of the game to pick up their child. Each game has a 30-minute ending window, meaning it may conclude at any time within that window. RGM and the venue are not responsible or liable for any child left unattended due to a late pickup.
If you anticipate being late, it is your responsibility to contact the Game Master in advance and request that they remain with your child. Whether the Game Master is able to wait is at the Game Master’s discretion.
-
Our Intellectual Property
We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Services, including the website, software, text, graphics, and branding (the “Content” and “Marks”). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services and to download or print Content you’ve properly accessed, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit our Content or Marks for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Contact [email protected] to request permission.
-
Content You Submit
The Services may let you submit comments, reviews, feedback, or other content (“Contributions”). You retain ownership of your Contributions. By submitting a Contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and use it in order to operate, maintain, and promote the Services (for example, featuring a testimonial on our website), including on a reasonable, revocable basis for the time we continue to operate the Services.
You represent that your Contributions are your own (or you have the rights to share them), are not illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing, and do not violate any third party’s rights. We may remove or edit any Contribution at our discretion, and may suspend accounts that violate this section.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at the address in Section 20 with enough detail for us to locate and address the material. Under U.S. law, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing.
-
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect content from the Services without our written permission.

By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described there, including that your data may be processed in the United States.
-
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violating these Terms. If we terminate your access for cause, you may not re-register under a new or borrowed name. Termination doesn’t waive any other legal remedies available to us.
-
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
-
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
-
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Contributions, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
-
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
-
Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic signatures, agreements, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
-
California Residents
California residents may reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952-5210.
-
General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. We may assign these Terms; you may not, without our consent.
