Had a great time playing a oneshot with Mikey 5000. Great with new players and he made me a fun character to play.

I’m meet Mikey a few weeks ago attending a one shot at Chicho’s in the towne center area. I had never played so I had appreciated that Mikey had reached out to me prior to our campaign and answer tons of questions, as well as as a my first time playing in over 30 years was as fun as the first time I ever played, and the last time that I had played, when I was 12.

I decided to see if Mikey would come to my house to run a custom campaign for my family of four as well as my parents, All of whom had never played DND before.

Without giving away any secrets, today was a blast, better than expected, and I expected he’d be great. Everyone was engaged, it just flowed, and now the people that I love most know at least a little bit about this mysterious game that I continuously buy stuff for, endlessly enjoy, and until recently had been a solo mission. Thanks Mikey, keep it up!

Joined in on an existing campaign and found it a welcoming and inviting experience! Mikey’s game gave us a great focus on player choice and the hilarity of the consequences of our own actions!

I haven’t played in 20+ years so I need a lot of reminding as we play. Mikey is super patient with me and very helpful. I love his creativity and his accents. He really embraces the improv of it all and is super great at going with the flow.

I’ve had Mikey as a GM for a campaign and several one shots. He’s always been dedicated to crafting an engaging story for all of his players. I know he puts hours and hours into planning for each of his sessions. As a new player who is nervous about putting myself out there while role playing, Mikey has helped me develop my backstories and his table has been a comfortable place to try out new things. His stories pull the players in and make you feel like you are truly part of the world you are playing in.
