Hubris the Bard

I’ve been playing d and d for a long time and I’ve had the pleasure of playing with many different dms but noone comes close to Hubris. He is a natural storyteller and not only are his campaigns epic in overall storyline but he seamlessly weaves in the stories and history of the individual players characters into the overall narrative in a way I’ve never seen another dm do. He makes every character feel real and alive. He masterfully balances combat and story so that his games truly have something for every kind of player. If you have the opportunity to join one of his campaigns do yourself a favor and join in!! Like I said, I’ve been playing this game for a long time but I’ve had more fun in his games than anyone elses.

Hubris as a GM is a phenomenal. His storytelling is creative and immersive. He truly loves what he does and inspires his players

Having had Hubris as a GM has been an amazing experience! His ability to weave in and out of incredibly cinematic moments of story telling and roleplay while also including high-stakes combat keeps the adventure alive. Trust and believe this bard knows how to play 😀

When I think about the qualities that define what a true professional Game Master is, Aaron, aka Hubris the Bard, is exactly who comes to mind as someone who exemplifies all of those qualities!!! He is the absolute best!!!

He is super creative and does a phenomenal job at ensuring everyone at the table has the best experience! He fosters an inclusive and safe environment that truly highlights the meaning of “collaborative storytelling!”

On top of all of that, he really encourages and rewards player creativity and contribution to lore! Every time I sit down at his table for a game, I know that I am going to lose track of time from having so much fun and walk away totally inspired for the next session!

DnD with him is the highlight of my month. Roleplay is very immersive and combat is not only exhilarating, but creative.
