DocWat

A DM who is the definition of fun and creative. Was able to take a very quick turn in story and adapt it to be the most fun I’ve had playing since i started in 2014. This is a DM that drives players (to include brand new players) to have imagination and be whatever they want their characters to be…but of course not for free >:)

I was brand new to D&D, but had always wanted to try. Once we had a group that Will had offered to DM for, we got to making character sheets and starting the campaign. I think the two things Will was best at was being adaptable to the groups’ choices and being creative with his decisions. We often only had a part of our group, and Will was able to cleverly weave the splitting of the group into the campaign in various ways. When we’d spend half of a session chasing some dumb (but fun) little tiny side quest, he readily was able to keep things interesting with creative proposals, situations, and responses. However, when he could tell we were simply off track, he was really good at finding subtle (or not so subtle depending on how off track) ways to get us back on the right track. I’d be happy to have him as a DM again!

He makes very good stories and let’s the players piece together what is happening throughout the various sessions. The ideas he brings always feel novel and he is quick to adjust the campaign should the players make unexpected decisions. Every session is a fun time and he makes sure everyone feels heard and let’s the players carry out their character’s goals along with all the silly consequences that come with said goals

Such an interactive and dynamic dm. So good at entertaining the most veteran and rookie players. Adapted the game to our play styles. Doesn’t hurt that he’s cute too

DocWat’s ability to create a riveting experience for the players is simply unmatched, both in the worldbuilding for each campaign and for on-the-fly interactions with PCs. For newer players, he will always find a way to keep the game enthralling, even when your character dies in the first boss battle (ask me how I know). For more experienced players, DocWat will always find a way to subvert your expectations in a way that will keep you invested in the campaign. I can honestly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to elevate their RPG experience to the next level.
