World events have changed the landscape. Domestic terrorist release chemical weapon attacks in NYC, DC, and Los Angeles causing thousands of deaths, and mayhem followed by a mass migration to other cities around the United States. 90-days of martial law declared for the 1st time across the country. The new war in Europe has flushed the Mid-Atlantic with millions of refugees from eastern European countries (Poland, Croatia, Romania,Ukraine, The Balkans). Cities (Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton) unite with Norfolk to create the District of Norfolk making it the third largest metropolitan sprawl in the country.
The world is in a spiral.
Then there are the vampires.
The Camarilla has long controlled Norfolk with rigid structure and tradition. Led by a Prince who relies on the Primogen Council, and an aggressive Sheriff to manage breaches. However, the Prince’s hold is weakening under the pressure of newcomers.
