You are a vampire, struggling for survival, supremacy, and your own fading humanity—afraid of what you are capable of, and fearful of the inhuman conspiracies that surround you. As a vampire, you suffer the pangs of the Hunger, the relentless and terrible thirst for human blood. If you refuse to deal with it, it will overcome your mind and drive you to terrible acts to slake it. You walk this razor’s edge every night. This is the original and ultimate roleplaying game of personal and political horror.
World events have changed the landscape. Domestic terrorist release chemical weapon attacks in major cities causing thousands of deaths, and mayhem followed by a mass migration to other cities around the United States. 90-days of martial law declared for the 1st time across the country. The new war in Europe has flushed the Mid-Atlantic with millions of refugees from eastern European countries (Poland, Croatia, Romania,Ukraine, The Balkans). The cities of Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton unite with Norfolk to create, the District, making it the third largest metropolitan sprawl in the country.
The world is in a spiral.
Then there are the vampires.
The Camarilla has long controlled Norfolk with rigid structure and tradition. Led by a Prince who relies on the Primogen Council, and an aggressive Sheriff to manage breaches. However, the Prince’s hold is weakening under the pressure of newcomers.

The new coterie are on the hunt for a Sabbat operative that had infiltrated the Camarilla. The campaign continues in Ocean View Norfolk with the players looking for members of the death cult and answers.
