“The Final Clue”

Heroes Haven, a city known for its grit and secrets, has its latest tragedy: Detective Alaric Quinn, the most celebrated investigator, has been found dead in a locked room—no entry point, no weapon, and no sign of struggle. The very man who solved the city’s darkest crimes has now become the center of one. With the city guard baffled and city hall in shock, whispers of foul play—and something more—begin to spread through the streets like wildfire.

The players, each an expert in their respective disciplines—whether forensic pathology, criminal psychology, arcane forensics, or esoteric knowledge—are summoned by the mayor herself. Their task: to uncover the truth behind the death of the city’s greatest mind. As they delve deeper into Quinn’s final days, they discover a tangle of half-solved cases, hidden alliances, and a disturbing message left in code only the sharpest minds can decipher.

Time is running out. Not only must the players solve the murder, but they must survive the web of deception surrounding it. Every clue could be a trap, every ally a suspect. The truth behind Quinn’s death may unearth secrets the city was never meant to know—and someone out there will kill to keep it buried. Can you solve the mystery that the greatest detective could not?

This is a 1st level game that focuses on your ability to look for clues and solve puzzles. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun.

About the Game Master

Hi, I’m BlazePyro. I go by Rob to my friends and players. I am a huge fan of all things nerdy from high fantasy to sci-fi, board games to miniature strategy games, and TTRPGs to CCGs. I’ve been playing Dungeons and Dragons since I was 8 years old all the way back in first edition. I’ve been DMing since I was 14 starting with Advanced Dungeons and Dragon’s (2nd ed). Since then I’ve run hundreds of games over several RPG systems. I have a very open-minded play style at my table where I encourage fun and innovative problem solving. I have DM’d for dozens of new players who are still learning the rules and mechanics of the game. I want everyone at my table to feel included and have an equal voice within the party. I hope that in some way I can inspire others to pursue their own path within the gaming community. I’ve met lasting friends and made precious memories over the years. I’m looking forward to sharing my table and my passion with you.
