This was my very FIRST experience with D&D and Marki made me feel comfortable and included – I don’t have previous experience to compare to but I would put her WAY up on the list of most excellent hosts. Her attention to detail, quick thinking, and overall commitment to the experience was a joy to take part it.

Simply fantastic dm. I participated in a one shot ran by Marki, and I was in awe at how amazing of an experience it was. This 3+ hour one shot felt so natural and cohesive I felt like I was in the campaign for ages. Marki has a talent for bringing energy and allowing player license while at the same time effectively steering the group. What really stands out though is her ability to immerse you in the game, create a sense of danger and fear while at the same time rooting for each player and celebrating their victories. I would recommend anyone joining a game ran by her.

Marki does an outstanding job steering us into an event that was equal parts comedic, spooky, and challenging. Her hard work and engagement is evident every step of the way.

the Halloween one shot was so much fun, a bit creepy and scary and perfect all around.

I have already signed up to the next one and can’t wait to see how that will turn out.

Marki did a great job of a fun Halloween classic themed one shot! She’s engaged in the fun and has a great witch cackle. We all had a lot of fun and I’d definitely go for another one!
